ABOUT ME

Hi, I’m Kathryn!

I don’t think in straight lines—I think in webs, bursts, and deep dives. My brain is always working, always on, always thinking of the next idea. I’ve learned to embrace it, not fight it. I’ve also had my fair share of impulse purchases, late-night hyperfixations, and deep conversations where I feel everything all at once. If you’ve ever felt like your mind is a runaway train or that you’re constantly almost reaching your potential but something keeps getting in the way—you’re my people.

Why I Do This Work

I was diagnosed with ADHD later in life, and suddenly, everything clicked. The struggles, the patterns, the way I worked so hard but still felt like I was spinning my wheels—it all made sense. But with that realization came a second one: I wasn’t broken. I just needed a different approach.

I’ve spent over 20 years in mental health helping others break free from shame and self-doubt, particularly those struggling with ADHD, emotional eating, and anxiety. I’ve seen how these challenges intertwine, how rejection sensitivity can shape self-image, and how impulsivity and emotional regulation struggles can impact food, relationships, and self-trust. I built my practice to help people work with their brains—not against them—so they can create balance, self-compassion, and real change.

If you’ve spent years thinking you should just try harder, only to keep ending up in the same place, I want you to know: It’s not about trying harder—it’s about trying differently.
